Our well-travelled chef, Mick Lennon, has been personal chef to King Hussein of Jordan and has also worked in Australia, Germany and Mauritius - in fact he has probably cooked in most countries around the world, but we have now tied him down to the Windmill Village Hotel to create wonderful dishes for you to enjoy at our restaurant.
